Returns & Exchanges

Every piece in the Closet is hand-selected with love. If something isn't quite right, here's how we make it right.

Our Policy

We offer store credit or exchange on eligible items within 7 days of the delivery date. We do not offer cash or card refunds at this time.

Condition of Items

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains, odors, makeup, or pet hair.
  • All original tags must still be attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Swimwear, bodysuits, and intimates
  • Jewelry and accessories
  • Beauty and personal-care items
  • Anything marked "Sale," "Clearance," or discounted 30% or more

How to Start a Return

  1. Email denisemitchell5515@icloud.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll reply with return instructions and the shipping address.
  3. Ship your item back within 5 days of receiving instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend a tracked service — we can't be responsible for packages lost in transit.
  4. Once received and inspected, your store credit or exchange will be issued within 3–5 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
